Uniting Expertise for the Future of Fertility Preservation

COST Action proposal submitted!

In order to get fundings for our ambitious goals for OvaNet, we have teamed up with the ORCHID-NET consortium, which is the international network of experts in the field of male fertility preservation. Together, we submitted a COST proposal on October 20, 2025 to improve fertility preservation for pediatric cancer patients worldwide. Our proposal gathered 113 participants from 30 different countries in more than 6 fields of expertise!

This means that, once we get this funding (fingers crossed! 🤞), we can start organizing workshops, conferences and virtual events. Moreover, by funding networking, COST acts as a pre-portal for further research and innovation funding such as Horizon Europe, the European Union’s Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.

If you wish to join this Action (or other future applications), we encourage you to register at the e-COST platform.

In the meantime, we will continue to seek other collaborative funding opportunities.

Add and See Events from your Member Dashboard

Now the members can add events to the website!

Any event aligned to OvaNet’s mission is welcome! Just make sure you have the permission to post it (when you are not an organizer).

Login to your account, go to the Members Area and click “New Event”.

Now you can also see the Upcoming events on your dashboard, making it easier for everyone to know when something of your interest is planned.

Working Groups are being formed!

The Coordinating Board is starting to create the Working Groups!

To be part of one, we need to know your interests and skills! Please complete your profile and add your affiliations. If you need any help with this, please send me an email and I will answer quickly!

We also need to know your input on the key challenges, gaps and main questions to be answered in the field of OTC. Please, answer the survey available on your dashboard. This will be key to creating the working groups.
